[Resolution 139]	Study the technical, operational and regulatory aspects of the current and expected future use of FSS allocations for DTH TV broadcasting
[Resolution 76]	Protection of GSO FSS and BSS networks from aggregate EPFD produced by multiple non-GSO FSS systems including 1) methodology for calculating aggregate EPFD, 2) accurate modelling of interference from non-GSO into GSO networks, 3) procedures to be used by non-GSO operators when the aggregate EPFD limits are exceeded, 4) measures to identify the interference levels from non-GSO systems in excess of the aggregate limits.
[Resolution 137]	Further studies of the sharing conditions between GSO networks and non-GSO systems in the FSS to 1) develop methodologies to assess the operational and additional operational EPFD levels that may used to compare against the relevant limits, 2) develop data formats that can be used to describe the non-GSO systems in sufficient detail for assessments of the operational and additional operational limits, 3) develop methodologies for generation of continuous EPFD vs % time curves for other GSO ES antenna diameters than those in the limit tables, 4) develop methodologies for generation of continuous EPFD vs % time curves for GSO satellite beamwidths other than those in the limit tables, 5) study the sharing criteria that may be applied during coordination between non-GSO FSS systems
