Further studies of the sharing conditions between GSO networks and non-GSO systems in the FSS to 1) develop methodologies to assess the operational and additional operational EPFD levels that may used to compare against the relevant limits, 2) develop data formats that can be used to describe the non-GSO systems in sufficient detail for assessments of the operational and additional operational limits, 3) develop methodologies for generation of continuous EPFD vs % time curves for other GSO ES antenna diameters than those in the limit tables, 4) develop methodologies for generation of continuous EPFD vs % time curves for GSO satellite beamwidths other than those in the limit tables, 5) study the sharing criteria that may be applied during coordination between non-GSO FSS systems |
