| Description of work: |
Protection of GSO FSS and BSS networks from aggregate EPFD produced by multiple non-GSO FSS systems including:
i) methodology for calculating aggregate EPFD
ii) accurate modelling of interference from non-GSO into GSO networks;
iii) procedures to be used by non-GSO operators when the aggregate EPFD limits are exceeded;
iv) measures to identify the interference levels from non-GSO systems in excess of the aggregate limits.

The approach used by Visualyse Professional can be the basis of a methodology that could be used to calculate EPFD based upon accurate modelling assumptions. |
