Description of work:	Use of HAPS providing IMT-2000 in the bands 1885 - 1980 MHz 2010 - 2025 MHz, and 2110 - 2170 MHz in Regions 1 and 3, and 1885 - 1980 and 2110 - 2160 MHz in Region 2 and adjacent bands analysing the proposed PFD levels and developing coordination techniques with neighbouring administrations

How Visualyse products can help:	Visualyse can model both IMT-2000 and HAPS systems, with the ability to define user terminals, base stations and high altitude platform objects. Visualyse can model the HAPS beam formations and calculate the PFD levels generated and their impact on IMT-2000 services. Visualyse can include the effects of terrain based propagation and masking, and also look at other services such as the Fixed Service and Space Operations that might have to share with or operate with frequencies close to HAPS services.
